Privacy Policy

At ISIM JEWELS we take the protection of your data as seriously as we take our own. This policy explains, clearly, what data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Amalia Peigneux, operating under the trade name ISIM JEWELS. You can contact us at any time by writing to isimjewels@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

We process the data you provide us when: subscribing to the newsletter (email); placing an order (first name, surname, shipping and billing address, telephone, email and payment data); contacting us (whatever you include in your message); and interacting with our social media. Payment data is processed directly through the payment gateway; ISIM JEWELS does not store the full details of your card.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Manage your orders, shipments, exchanges and returns: performance of the sales contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Respond to your queries: your consent and/or the legitimate interest in responding to you (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Send you the newsletter and commercial communications: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting and consumer): legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you maintain a relationship with us and, once it ends, for the legally required periods (for example, tax and commercial regulations require the documentation of transactions to be kept). The data used to send the newsletter is kept until you withdraw your consent.

5. Recipients of the data

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the providers necessary to provide you with the service access it, acting as data processors under the corresponding contract: the e-commerce platform (Shopify), the payment gateway, the transport company that delivers your order and the email/newsletter sending tool. We may also disclose data to Public Administrations when there is a legal obligation.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (such as the Shopify platform) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the safeguards provided for by the GDPR apply, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to isimjewels@gmail.com and indicating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that we have not correctly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Newsletter and welcome discount

By subscribing to the newsletter you will receive a 10% discount on your first purchase. This discount is not combinable with others and does not apply to shipping costs. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link included in the emails themselves or by writing to us.

9. Social media

ISIM JEWELS has profiles on social media (such as Instagram) for the purpose of promoting its products. When you follow us or interact with them, the processing of your data is also governed by the privacy policies of the social network itself, whose privacy settings you can manage at any time.

10. Cookies

The website uses its own and third-party cookies for its operation, to analyze the use of the website and, where appropriate, for marketing purposes. You can configure or reject their use through the site's cookie notice and your browser settings.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, and we only process the data strictly necessary to provide you with the service.
