Returns and refunds policy

At ISIM JEWELS each piece of jewelry is made of brass with 21-karat gold plating, in very short runs.

Earrings: no exchange or return

For reasons of hygiene and health, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned once received. This is covered by article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which exempts from the right of withdrawal sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

Other pieces: 14 days

For rings, pendants and bracelets we accept exchange or return within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided that the piece arrives unused, in its original condition and in its packaging. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. To start the process, write to us at isimjewels@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will tell you how to proceed.

• In the case of an exchange, it must be for an item of equal or greater price.
• In the case of a return, the amount of the product will be refunded (not the initial shipping costs).
• The refund is made to the original payment method once the piece has been received and reviewed.

Defective or damaged products

If a piece arrives defective or damaged, or if the plating has a manufacturing defect, we take care of it at no cost to you (also in the case of earrings). Write to us at isimjewels@gmail.com with your order number and a photo.

Care of your jewelry

So that the 21k plating lasts as long as possible, avoid contact with water, perfumes and creams, keep it dry and clean it with a soft cloth. Natural wear from use or improper care is not considered a defect.
