Terms and conditions of sale
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products on the website www.isimjewels.com, whose owner is Amalia Peigneux (ISIM JEWELS), NIF 51121434R, with address at Calle Juan Hurtado de Mendoza, Madrid (Spain) and email isimjewels@gmail.com. By placing an order, the user accepts these terms.
1. Products
ISIM JEWELS offers brass jewelry with 21-karat gold plating, produced in short runs. Each piece may show slight variations inherent to production and natural stones. We do our best to display colors as faithfully as possible, but the display may vary depending on the screen.
2. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are indicated before completing the purchase. We work with limited stock; if a piece sells out after the order is placed, we will inform you and refund the corresponding amount. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, always applying the price in force at the time of purchase.
3. Orders and payment
Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Payment is made through the means enabled on the website. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in the event of signs of fraud or manifest error in the price.
4. Shipping

5. Right of withdrawal, exchanges and returns
The conditions for exchange and return, including the legal exceptions applicable to earrings for hygiene reasons, are detailed on our Warranty and returns page.
6. Legal warranty
All products have the legal warranty for lack of conformity provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). In the event of any manufacturing defect, write to us at isimjewels@gmail.com.

8. Applicable legislation and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The consumer has access to the European online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
